1) 2D/3D drawing, or sample
2) Part material: ABS, PP, POM, PC, PS etc.
3) Part quantity for first batch 4) Specifical requirement: such as food-grade, medical grade, UV resistant. 5. What information needs for quotation of Steel Molds?
1) Mold Runner type: cold or hot
2) Mould steel material: P20, 718, 2738, H13, S136 an so on. 5) Mold Cavity 3) Mold Life 4) Mold Standard: LKM, DME or HASCO or equivelent 6) The tonnages of Injection Machine 6. If no 3D drawing or samples, how should I start the new project?
You can tell us your idea (sketch or picture with sizes), we will help to finish the 3D drawing design. 7. How about the samples?
We will make some samples for you to check as soon as we finish the mold, and then deliver the samples for you to test. 8. How about the mould modify?
You can tell us your feedback after you test the sample. If there is any dimension different from the drawing, we will modify the mold for free and then make the new samples. 9. How about the proprietary rights of the mold?
The mold belong to the customer who pay for it. Green Vitality Industry to maintain and keep the mold only for the customer. 10. What kind of trade terms can you do? EX-WORKS, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP 11. What is your terms of payment? For molds: 40% deposit, mid term 40% upon first shot of sample, final 20% after samples confimed but before shipment. For parts: 50% deposit, balance 50% before shipment. 12. How about your delivery time? Generally, it takes 40 days ( 30 days for mold and 10 days for mass production), it depens on how complex of the part design and structure.
