1) Mold Design
We will communicate & exchange opinion with customers start from quotation to the end when necessary. 
Before mold making, we will provide DFM report & 3D Mold Drawing for you to confirm, so you can be sure how the mold will be.

2) Mold Making
In-house mold shop provide you precise molds, 
Green Vitality has CNC machines, EDM machines, Wire cutting machines, Milling machines Drilling, Grinding machines, testing equipments etc.
We will send professional form and graphics such as BOM of Mold, weekly Mold Progress Report with photos to show tooling process, Injection Parameter Report, Dimension Report to manage all projects running process. 
If product is complex, Moldflow Report will be present as well per requirement of customer. 
We do everything as possible as able to show tooling process, so you could control thier project as you were at the side.

3) Provide the Sample
Once the sample finish, we will send the sample to customer to test, so you could assure the quality by yourself.
 
4) Mass Production
Green Vitality has 23 injection machines in our factory.
After sample is confirmed, we will start mass production for plastic parts.

Quality Control
Quality control is the major section of each machining process in Green Vitality. Moreover, the quality control procedure and management system are strictly carried out according to ISO9001:2015 system.
In-process inspection procedure, self-owned accurarte measuring & testing equipment allow our QC team to check all components after machining.
- Quality inspection guidelines are tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
- Written inspection reports and clients specification are retained electronically.
- All ISO documents have been written and approved by qualified department managers.FRQ 1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?    Green Vitality Industry is a mold manufacturer with over 25 years experiences, we are happy to show pictures or vedio of our workshop, and welcome to visit our factory. 2. Which kind of product can you make?    Precision plastic injection mold & mass production for plastic molding parts. 3. Do you support OEM?    Yes, Green Vitality can produce customized parts by technical drawings or samples, actually above 90% of our products are OEM. 4. If no 3D drawing or samples, how should I start the new project?    You can tell us your idea (sketch or picture with sizes), we will help to finish the 3D drawing design. 5. How about the samples?    We will make some samples for you to check as soon as we finish the mold, and then deliver the samples for you to test. 6. How about the mould modify?   You can tell us your feedback after you test the sample. If there is any dimension different from the drawing, we will modify the mold for free and then make the new samples. 7. How about the proprietary rights of the mold?    The mold belong to the customer who pay for it. Green Vitality Industry to maintain and keep the mold only for the customer. 8. What kind of trade terms can you do?     EX-WORKS, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP 9. What is your terms of payment?      For molds: 40% deposit, mid term 40% upon first shot of sample, final 20% after samples confimed but before shipment.      For parts: 50% deposit, balance 50% before shipment. 10. How about your delivery time?     Generally, it takes 40 days ( 30 days for mold and 10 days for mass production), it depens on how complex of the part design and structure. 11.
