3. Inner Geometry
 
Inner geometry of single crystal diamond dies combined with "Entrance,approaching,reduction,bearing length and exit part".
a. Entrance: For wire entering,prevent the dies from wire hurting.
b. Approaching: Make the wire to be accessible for lubricant.
c. Reduction : The wire begins to transform from original diameter to smaller diameter.
d. Bearing: The wire achieves to the final diameter.
e. Back Relief: Prevent the final wire surface from scratching.
f.  Exit: Wire exiting.

4. Nickel Plated Steel Wire
Mono diamond dies for nickel plated steel wires must be very well blended, especially areas between reduction angle and bearing, otherwise the nickel may be strached. When making these dies, we always add one more inspecting process to ensure a reasonable and well blended inner geometry of the mono dies.
