3.Inner Geometry

Inner geometry of PCD die is combined with "Entrance,approaching,reduction,bearing length and exit "part. 
a. Entrance: For wire entering,prevent the dies from wire hurting.
b. Approaching: Make the wire to be accessible for lubricant.
c. Reduction : The wire begins to transform from original diameter to smaller diameter. 
d. Bearing: The wire achieves to the final diameter.
e. Back Relief: Prevent the final wire surface from scratching.
f.  Exit: Wire exiting.

4. Good Thermal Conductive Cases 
 This case uses different material as normal SS304. We use the other SS to make it better thermal conductive.
 In this case, the big PCD dies are not easy to break.
