3.Inner Geometry

Inner geometry of PCD die is combined with "Entrance,approaching,reduction,bearing length and exit "part. 
a. Entrance: For wire entering,prevent the dies from wire hurting.
b. Approaching: Make the wire to be accessible for lubricant.
c. Reduction : The wire begins to transform from original diameter to smaller diameter. 
d. Bearing: The wire achieves to the final diameter.
e. Back Relief: Prevent the final wire surface from scratching.
f.  Exit: Wire exiting.

4.Stainless Steel 316
Stainless steel 316 is hard so the dies will bear much press in wire drawing process. In this case, firstly of all ,the PCD blanks should be with high strength then reduction angle shoule be smaller.
