 1,Characteristics:
The products are made by forging seamless copper pipe or by rolling and welding with copper sheet. 
The materials of crucible is CuCrZr or Oxygen-free copper. CuCrZr has high softening temperature and it is hard to be out of shape. 
The crucible is produced by safe and reliable cold welding technology cold welding technology, the technology of hot and cold forging makes the crucible has small grain and high strength.

Manufacture and supply of DIa.910mm copper crucible to utilize at electro slag remelting furnace for special steel, titanium alloy of Saarloha advanced. 

1. Copper crucible type: 
   1. Seamless fully forged and machined both inside and outside in total without any weld.
2. Material specification: 
   1. The materials of the crucible is T2 or SF-Cu or Cu-DHP with Cu ≥99.95% and P=0.015-0.040%.
   2. Hardness ≥ 50 BHN.
   3. Tensile strength 220 Mpa at RT
   4. Percentage of elongation 50 at RT
