Aarone Engineering Products Company Limited, capitalized by a Hong Kong group was founded in August 1983. The plant was opened in 1991 and located in Shajing, Baoan District, Shenzhen. It designs and manufactures plastic injection molds and plastic parts for full scale of plastic products. In addition, our OEM service includes plastic injection molding, mold making, screen printing, painting and production assembly.
The plant covers 30, 000 m2 of space with about 1, 300 employees. Within are offices to the Human Resources, Accounting, Sourcing, Engineering, PMC, Research & Development, Document Control, Technical Assistance and others. The working areas comprise of departments of Injection Molding, Tooling, Tool Maintenance, PE, Screen Printing, Color Mixing Room, QC, Assembly Production Floor and Warehouse.
Aarone is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified enterprise. A certificate of compliance in standards for safety was issued by the Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) on December 1999. The measures for the implementation of RoHS Directive were adopted on March 2006. In July 2008, we have passed ISO14001: 2004 certification audit.
Equipped with advanced machinery such as CNC, EDM, wire cut (High Precision, grinders, universal mills/drills with Joint arms, lathes, cranes, CMM and projectors. There are more than 150 experienced technicians committed in making top quality and precise molds.
with the highly experienced engineering team and high-tech equipments, Aarone is capable of making different types of mold, for example:

• Insert Mold
• Over-Mold
• Co-Injection (2K) Mold
• Mold with Hot Runner System
Especially for over-mold and co-injection mold, since we′ve been making these types of mold for several years therefore we′ve gained lots of experiences. So far we′ve built strong customer loyalty with our clients because our glorious tradition is to provide customer top quality molds within the shortest lead time.
Over 350 hand-picked workers operating 197 machines ranging from 50 to 650 tons in processing of variousplastic products. The department is working closely with our Color Mixing Team, which contributes in serving our customers with the right color. We practice color measurement and control to ensure color consistency of the product produced.
The Screen Print/Painting Department of Aarone equipped with screen print/printing lines, dual-deck lines, dust-free workshops with fully automatic painting lines, over 50 PAD printing (including 4-color), UV lighting, hot stamping machines and heat processing ovens. This department consists of over 300 skilled workers to delivery TOP quality product and service to our customers.
The Product Assembly Department consists of Research & Development Team and the Assembly Production Workshop. The innovative R&D team serves customers by ensure all new products are developed not only under stringent processes but also under the most creative custom design demands. The Assembly Production Floor Workshop equipped 4 assembly lines manned by dedicated workers.
