3.Inner Geometry

Inner geometry of PCD die is combined with "Entrance,approaching,reduction,bearing length and exit "part. 
a. Entrance: For wire entering,prevent the dies from wire hurting.
b. Approaching: Make the wire to be accessible for lubricant.
c. Reduction : The wire begins to transform from original diameter to smaller diameter. 
d. Bearing: The wire achieves to the final diameter.
e. Back Relief: Prevent the final wire surface from scratching.
f.  Exit: Wire exiting.

4. Qualified PCD Blanks 
There are so many PCD wire die blanks suppliers in market. Some blanks are cheap but their life time is not long. When make dies, the breaking rate is higher than first class blanks.
